Bell wants ADAD rules changed

Bell Canada and Bell Aliant Regional Communications want the CRTC to update the Automatic Dialing-Announcing Device (ADAD) telecommunications rules and are threatening an appeal if the commission doesn’t do so as part of a follow-up proceeding to the unsolicited telemarketing rules (UTR).
