Guest-Tek names acting CFO

Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd., a Calgary-based broadband technology solutions company, announced today that Geoff Clark has resigned as CFO. David Simpson has been named acting CFO, effective immediately. Simpson has been the company’s controller for two years and has held senior financial positions in a number of technological companies. Guest-Tek is the world’s largest provider of IP based technology solutions for the hospitality industry, supporting 2,879 properties and over 505,000 rooms.
