Rogers Communications discount Fido wireless brand got a makeover last week. Not only did Fido get a new brand, the company introduced a series of new rate plans, an "owner’s guarantee" and eliminated the system access fee on all of its plans. Customers can choose from a variety of plans starting from $15 per month. Plans with unlimited text messages start at $25 per month.
