Isabelle Dessureault has been appointed VP, public affairs Quebecor Media Inc., where she will be responsible for internal and external communications, institutional and regulatory affairs. Dessureault joined the company in 2005, as GM, communications at Videotron. A year later, she was appointed to the new position of VP with combined responsibility for the VOX television channel and Videotron corporate affairs, where she oversaw the introduction of the company’s cable telephone service. Previously, she worked with National Public Relations, where she was a partner in the Montreal office.
