DAVE Wireless appoints management team

Data Audio & Visual Enterprises Wireless (DAVE Wireless) has put its senior management team in place. Dave Dobbin, formerly president of Toronto Hydro Telecom and president and CEO of Telecom Ottawa, has been tapped as to lead DAVE Wireless as president.
