Uniserve fills board vacancy, names new chair

Uniserve Communications Corp. has named Michael Scholz chair of the board of directors. The Vancouver-based provider of voice and data services has also announced that James Jang will replace Kurt Baumann as a member of the board of directors. Baumann resigned his position effective December 1.
