Michel Thivierge takes over as director of human resources at iWeb, a global provider of Internet hosting services and IT infrastructure. Thivierge previously held various HR management positions at Cirque du Soleil, Bell Canada, Dessau and MIL Davie. He will help the Montreal-based company, which has grown from 42 42 employees in 2006 to more than 130 employees today, to fill nearly 50 new positions by the end of the year. iWeb recently completed a $22 million financing agreement with Goldman Sachs.
