Bell appeal for new wholesale services framework denied

Bell Canada and some of its friends have lost their bid for a regulatory framework for new wholesales in a decision by the CRTC today. The company, along with Bell Aliant, SaskTel and Télébec, wanted to the commission to immediately deregulate without a transition period new wholesale services that were deemed non-essential.
