Valtech Inc., a small triple play company based in Montreal, hopes to make big inroads into Europe and Africa. The subsidiary of HIPSO Multimedia Inc. is among four companies selected to bid for an exclusive 20-year digital TV licence in Slovaki, serving two million homes. The deal would generate about $100 million in new revenue for Valtech.
