Miranda completes US$40 million acquisition

Montreal-based Miranda Technologies Inc., a global developer, manufacturer and marketer of high-performance hardware and software for the television broadcast industry, has completed its acquisition of privately held Nvision Inc., Grass Valley, CA. The US$40 million deal will be financed with cash and existing credit facilities.
