Contec Innovations has made several board level changes in addition to announcing the departure of its CTO and VP of research and development. Board members Perry Quan, Roland Schmidt, Laurie Wallace and William Walls have resigned from the board. As well, Roland Schmidt, CTO and VP of R&D, has resigned.
