About 7 million unique visitors visited The Weather Network’s website in December setting a new record, according to a press statement from the network. The figures, published by Comscore, say this represents an increase of 48% over the last month and 25% during the same month in 2007. The figures also show the weathernetwork.com leading among 15 of Canada’s major sites, including the CBC, Canada.com, and Canoe, in terms of unique visitors for December 2008.
