Telesat Holdings Inc., has appointed Ian Scott as executive director of government and regulatory affairs. Scott has more than 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, having held senior government relations and regulatory positions in both the private and public sectors, most recently as VP, federal government relations for Telus.
