MTS calls Bell’s customer switching application unfriendly to customers

MTS Allstream Inc. has weighed into the debate on Bell Canada and Bell Aliant’s application to force customers wanting to switch local and local distance services to call the departing provider. Chris Peirce, MTS’ chief corporate officer, characterizes the proposed rule change as not being customer friendly.
