SkyTerra Communications Inc., a joint venture between SkyTerra LP and SkyTerra (Canada) Inc., has appointed Gary Epstein as executive VP of law and regulation. Epstein served as a team leader on the economics and international trade team in the Obama-Biden transition. Most recently, he was appointed to serve at the Federal Communications Commission to provide leadership for the ongoing digital television transition.
