Urban Communications Inc. has made executive changes as part of a broad management reorganization. David King has been named as executive VP of corporate development, and president and COO of its Urban Networks Inc. fibre-to-the-home subsidiary. Cliff Bouillet has assumed the positions of president and COO of the Urban’s Dome Communications subsidiary. Leslie Maerov will serve as president of the Urban Utility Corp. subsidiary and chief corporate counsel for the Urban group of companies. King brings to the company extensive experience in marketing, sales and senior management with companies such as Hewlett-Packard, WYSIWYG Graphics and The Jim Pattison Group. Most recently, he was COO and CEO with Metrobridge Networks Inc. where he developed the capital, operational and go-to-market strategies that launched and fuelled that company's growth. King will be responsible for Urban's marketing and sales activities company-wide. "The addition of David to the management team brings the marketing and sales emphasis and management depth that the Company needs to grow our broadband consumer and commercial service provider business.
