MTS Allstream and two unknowns among bidders for in-flight Internet spectrum

Three companies have laid down deposits of just over $1 million to compete in Industry Canada’s latest auction of air-to-ground (ATG) spectrum. The bandwidth would be used to provide broadband Internet on domestic flights.
