Bell prepares for battle in untapped pre-paid/discount wireless market

When Bell Canada purchased the remaining 50% of Virgin Mobile Canada it didn’t already own and locked up an agreement to use the Virgin brand for the foreseeable future, it reaffirmed that president and CEO George Cope is serious about winning in the pre-paid and broader discount wireless market.
