Trade talks not the place for ‘fundamental business regulation’: former trade official

Negotiations toward a Canada-EU Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) are not the place for ‘fundamental business regulation’ like copyright reform, Dan Ciuriak, former deputy chief economist at the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, told Embassy newspaper.
