CRTC approves deferral funds for 10 communities in Quebec and Ontario

In a decision Friday, the CRTC approved the use of deferral funds by Bell Aliant and Bell Canada to pay for the expansion of the companies’ broadband service in 10 Ontario and Quebec communities, covering 38 distribution serving areas.
