CRTC report notes movement toward consolidation, foreign competition

The CRTC released a broad, 90-page report Tuesday that analyzes upcoming trends in the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors, the implications of technological convergence, and the impact those trends could have on regulatory policy in Canada over the next four years.
