Allarco urges House heritage committee to study Broadcasting Act

Allarco Entertainment, owner of the Super Channel, has sent a letter to the House Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage to request a study on changes in the broadcasting environment and the "increasing power, concentration and vertical integration of" broadcast distributors.
