Bloc objects to Tory plan to liberalize satellite foreign ownership, voting against budget

The Bloc Québécois will not support the Conservative government’s budget bill partly because it proposes to ease the foreign investment rules for Canadian satellite ownership, Bloc MP Serge Cardin said in the House of Commons Monday.
