Nortel to sell majority stake in LG-Nortel to Ericsson

Nortel Networks Corp. announced Tuesday that its principal operating subsidiary Nortel Networks Ltd. (NNL) has entered into a share purchase agreement with Ericsson for the sale of its 50 per cent-plus one majority stake in LG-Nortel Co. Ltd for $242 million US in cash.
