Commission approves Mobilicity ownership, with conditions

The CRTC has approved Data & Audio‑Visual Enterprises Wireless Inc.’s (DAVE Wireless) Mobilicity wireless service in Canada under the condition that the company make some minor changes to its ownership and control structure.
