Videotron, Quebecor, take aim at Bell’s deferral account proposal

In a letter to the CRTC, Videtron Ltd. and Quebecor Media Inc. have strongly criticized Bell Canada’s proposal to use deferral account funds to subsidize wireless broadband Internet services in parts of rural Ontario and Quebec.
