Court denies Rogers plea to overturn ‘fastest and most reliable’

The New Brunswick Court of Appeal denied on Tuesday Rogers Communications Inc.’s attempt to appeal an earlier court decision that found it could not advertise it had the “fastest and most reliable” high speed Internet product.
