Costs of new Quebec law will be passed on to wireless customers, CWTA says

OTTAWA–The Quebec government’s changes to consumer protection laws surrounding cell phone contracts will pass extra fees onto consumers, the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association (CWTA) says.
