Incumbent telcos argue for no obligation to serve on broadband

The Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) is challenging the incumbent Internet service providers (ISPs) that say, in the CRTC’s obligation to serve proceeding on Internet access, market forces are enough to provide universal Internet access across Canada.
