International Broadband Commission recommendations short on details, experts say

The international community should develop a multi-stakeholder think-tank for broadband development, public-private partnerships to support “sustainable broadband” business models and a high-level broadband advocacy group, says a new report of the international Broadband Commission for Digital Development.
