Wind Mobile files CRTC complaint on Rogers’ advertising, roaming hand offs

Wind Mobile has filed a complaint with the CRTC accusing Rogers Communications Inc. of refusing to offer Wind “seamless roaming” services while advertising that Rogers’ discount Chatr brand is offering “fewer dropped calls than new wireless carriers.”
