Rogers’ Chatr used ‘misleading advertising’: Competition Bureau

The Competition Bureau announced Friday it has launched legal proceedings with the Ontario Superior Court to stop Rogers Communications Inc. from engaging in “misleading advertising” about the company’s discount Chatr service.
