CCTS mandate, mandatory membership, under debate at CRTC

GATINEAU—The mandate of the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS) should be expanded to cover all broadcasting and telecommunications services, the Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) told the CRTC at a public hearing Monday.
