Chatr experienced more dropped calls: Competition Bureau

The Competition Bureau says customers of Rogers Communications Inc.’s Chatr brand have experienced more dropped calls in the Ottawa and Toronto regions than those of an unnamed new wireless entrant, according to court documents reported by The Globe and Mail Monday.
