Co-location not best strategy for third-party ISPs, CAIP says

The competitive wholesale access market may be facing difficulties, but co-location isn’t necessarily a safe haven for small Internet service providers (ISPs), Tom Copeland, chair of the Canadian Association of Internet Providers (CAIP), says.
