Videotron to complete corporate reorganization

The CRTC approved an application by Videotron Ltd. and 92272590 Québec Inc. Thursday to carry on business as Videotron General Partnership and to acquire broadcasting assets Illico sur demande and Canal Indigo, currently held by Videotron.
