CNOC calls for expanded review of usage-based billing

The Canadian Network Operators Consortium (CNOC) is asking the CRTC to broaden its usage-based billing policy review into a “comprehensive review” of the regulatory framework for the incumbents’ wholesale access services to small competitors.
