Competition Bureau will not challenge Sirius-XM merger

The Competition Bureau announced Wednesday that it will not challenge the proposed merger between Sirius Canada Inc. and Canadian Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. (CHSRI) before the Competition Tribunal.
