Liberals say use $500M from spectrum auctions for broadband

Although critics say broadband at speeds of 1.5 Mbps may not be ambitious enough, the federal Liberals say they would deliver it to the entire country within three years by investing $500 million in proceeds from upcoming spectrum auctions.
