New Tang Dynasty specialty channel approved

The CRTC approved an application Wednesday from New Tang Dynasty Television (Canada) for a specialty channel licence to operate NTD Television (NTDT), a service devoted to second-generation Chinese Canadians whose primary language is English or French.
