Public Mobile paving way for ‘regulatory warfare’ in courts: Globalive

Lawyers for Globalive Wireless Management Corp. and the government are contesting Public Mobile Inc.’s standing as a party to a Federal Court of Appeal proceeding, telling the court at a hearing Wednesday that an earlier Federal Court ruling erred in allowing the rival company to bring its application before the court.
