Put cap on Bell, Rogers, in 2500 MHz auction, companies say

Industry Canada should cap Bell Canada and Rogers Communications Inc.‘s spectrum holdings for the 2500 MHz auction because the companies own most of the 2500 MHz band’s licensed spectrum through their Inukshuk wireless partnership, several companies have told the department.
