OECD calls for ‘open and dynamic’ Internet

The Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) is calling for the maintenance of an “open and dynamic” Internet in a set of principles to promote the free flow of information, investment in high-speed networks, creativity and innovation.
