ZoomerMedia restructures ownership of Beautiful Little

The CRTC said Friday it has approved ZoomerMedia Ltd.’s application to acquire the assets of the Category 2 specialty service The Beautiful Little Channel from subsidiary MZ Media Inc. as part of a corporate reorganization of the company.
