New ISP wholesale regime may face changes: Katz

Independent Internet service providers (ISPs) “should not grow too comfortable” with the CRTC’s new wholesale Internet regime because changes may come sooner than expected, Leonard Katz, the commission’s vice-chair of telecom, said Tuesday at the 2011 Canadian ISP Summit in Toronto.
