Bell Canada Enterprises Inc. expanded its fourth-generation LTE wireless services to Yellowknife on Dec. 7, the company told The Wire Report. “We have several builds happening concurrently in markets of varying sizes across Canada and as each is completed, we 'turn on' the network for customers. Bell officially launched 4G LTE in Yellowknife on Dec. 7—the same day we launched our first LTE capable tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab LTE,” Jason Laszlo, a spokesman for Bell, said in an email. Bell has launched LTE in major markets and is now expanding the service across the country. Rogers Communications Inc., which has also launched LTE services, announced that it has expanded its LTE services to serve more cities and communities in the Greater Toronto Area as well as areas surrounding Vancouver.
