Budget will help commercialize products, Paradis says

The Conservative government’s 2012 budget will help Canadian companies push through from the design phase of a product to marketing it, Industry Minister Christian Paradis said in a speech in Montreal Monday at the annual general meeting of the Conseil du patronat du Québec.
