Industry Canada issues final consultation for 700 MHz

Industry Canada on Wednesday launched a final consultation on its proposed framework for next year’s 700 MHz spectrum auction and is asking for input on the length of licence terms, the auction’s definition of associated companies, and rural build out requirements, among other issues.
