Rogers eyes challenge of distant signal regime

Rogers Communications Inc. will launch a court challenge of the CRTC’s 2008 “distant signal regime” decision if the Supreme Court sides with Rogers and other broadcast distributors in its consideration of value-for-signal, Pamela Dinsmore, Rogers’ vice-president of regulatory affairs, said at a conference in Ottawa Thursday.
