Wind Mobile expected to bid on 700 MHz

Globalive Wireless Management Corp. is expected to participate in next year’s auction of 700 MHz spectrum and will need to spend $300 million to $500 million “to secure nationwide coverage and become the fourth national carrier,” UBS Investment Research said in a research note Monday.
